The concept is an original idea from the directors of Black Sea Dreams – a UK owned real estate company who have been in operation since 2004.

The company has two satellite offices and an Estate Agency in the UK as well as three offices in Bulgaria.

There is a wide ranging portfolio of quality housing and apartments and we have spent the last twelve months researching the market and targeting plots for this exclusive project.

The aim of this project is to make a secure gated complex which is of a high quality, yet is still affordable in today’s market.

The Construction Company

MPM 2003 are a construction company based in Sofia who have predominantly funded and constructed their own projects.

This dynamic company is made up of senior partners from Bulgaria and Cyprus bringing many years of top level experience in construction, ensuring high quality building and efficient project management to the highest EU Standards

MPM 2003 have completed two buildings of apartments and commercial units in Sofia with another currently under construction due to high demand.

They are currently constructing apartments in Sozopol on the south Black Sea coast.
